First Section: Contracted Lines ( Window Basis) berthing priority will be given as follows:

Convoys

  • North bound vessels:arriving at its actual time of arrival and passing Suez Canal according to its arrival time at the waiting area, at a suitable time for operation and joining convoy.
  • South bound vessels: according to their actual time of arrival.


Second Section:Contracted Lines (according to monthly schedule sent by the local agent):
  • North bound vessels: arriving at its actual time of arrival and passing Suez Canal at a suitable time for operation and joining convoy according to priority of arrival.
  • South bound vessels:according to their actual time of arrival
  • In case of emergency ,contracted vessels (section1&2) which berth alongside container quay,shall have berthing priority the next day than the other contracted vessels arriving at same day.


Third Section:includes both contracted vessels( window basis)and contracted vessels( monthly schedule )coming out of its fixed dates:
  1. North bound vessels:passing Suez Canal at a suitable time for operation and joining convoy according to priority of arrival.
  2. South bound vessels:according to their actual time of arrival.


Fourth Section: Un-contracted vessels,and feeder vessels:Providing suitable berth for feeder vessels alongside the terminal all the week round according to available spaces from one side and its conformity with ship's specification from the other side. berthing priority will be given as follows:
  1. Un-contracted mother ships coming from the north and transiting canal at a suitable time for operation and joining convoy .
  2. Un-contracted mother vessels and feeder vessels according to priority of arrival for both of them.


In case of no monthly schedule is received from the local agent of the contracted lines, their vessels will be treated as per the third section.
